Founder and designer, Leigh has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of design and building detail. He has worked extensively in Tasmania as well as on projects in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. Leigh is recognised for his success of building rapport, delivering cost effective, sustainable successful buildings with an attainable budget. He has a passion for quality product and believes that quality should not be compromised due to cost, instead being smarter with design and product choices to ensure a quality product for his clients to meet any budget. Leigh is respected and trusted by industry colleagues alike and has an impressive repeat client record.

Jackson graduated from UTAS with a Bachelor of Environmental Design majoring in Architecture and Built Environment before joining the team in July 2020, and became a licensed Building Designer in 2024. He has a keen focus on residential projects - from alterations and additions to new residential builds (single and multiple developments).  He prides himself on providing a friendly service and open communication throughout any project.

Jackson has a passion for helping Plans to Build clients envision and develop their design ideas on paper, liasing and communicating with industry colleagues and finally seeing those initial ideas come to life.

Polly became involved with Plans on a part-time basis in 2018. Polly enjoys many aspects of her role from managing accounts and problem solving to working collaboratively with her husband Leigh and the team, providing accounting and administrational support. Prior to joining the team, Polly gained extensive experience as a dental Practice Manager and Clinical Coordinator in Launceston. She is highly driven and organised and receives great satisfaction in being able to help the Plans to Build team deliver exceptional customer service by streamlining company systems and processes.
