Project Brief
Provide a cost effective design service for a newly established Indian Restaurant into an existing Subway franchise tenancy.

Design Solution
Plans to Build were able to meet with the tenant, on site to quickly establish what would be required to convert a vacated Subway sandwich bar franchise into a functional commercial kitchen and Indian Restaurant.
Project Outcome
Plans to Build consulted with council planning offices, TasWater and relevant subcontractors on behalf of the owner to deliver documentation required for environmental health officer approval and relevant statutory approvals.
