Designing sustainable outcomes remains an underdeveloped skill in many design practices.

To help determine a budget for the services you require, here is a guide to our standard fees and charges. Prefer a fixed fee? No problem, fixed fees can be determined once final scope of works are confirmed.

Fees exclude all Statutory Permit Authority and Water Authority fees and charges.

Building Design Services Cost

Building Designer

$125 - $145 per hour

Small - Medium sized projects (per hour or fixed fee)

Large sized projects (calculated on a per hour basis only)
