'Please help again, I am going to do another renovation, don't kill me! And it needs to be done by November'.
Design Solution
This is the second project completed for this client. All of which to the same dwelling. The first project consisted of adding an additional story which consisted of a master suite, ensuite, small gym area and walk-in-robe. A feature of this renovation is the staircase that wraps around an existing brick chimney. The second project consisted of extending the lounge and living area into the eastern garden area (the only available space left) while also providing a front external veranda and an external entry.
Project Outcome
The client has been overwhelmed by the seamless transformation of her existing modest dwelling, with most passers by not being aware of the extent of the renovations which is a testament to good design and working with period dwellings.
