Design Solution
Plans to Build responded with a design that is contemporary featuring strong bold vertical and horizontal lines. Textures and materials were also considered as the site is in an existing established area of Launceston surrounded by a mixture of weatherboard, brick and natural stone.
Project Outcome
The client was blown away with initial 3D images using BimX and Lumion rendering software. The project was completed in 2020 and has exceeded the clients expectations with an unexpected profound change to their lifestyle.
